Jayne's studio was so fun to work on. Who wouldn't love to be amongst beautiful fabrics, beads, trims and creative company! Jayne is the creative handbag designer behind www.designsbyjayne.com . She is also a wonderful mother + wife. Her story brings tears to my eyes and I'm proud to be a part of her life. Coffee with your Girlfriends

I talk a lot (oh really you say ;) , about having coffee w/your girlfriends. This morning I did just that. In fact Brandie Kajino and I try to do this weekly on Friday morns. We combine coffee w/biz chit chat and come up with more + more + yet more ideas. Today we joined up with the fabulous Janine Adams, a fellow organizer and blogger we met last spring at our NAPO conference. It's always fun to drink coffee w/your girlfriends but even an added bonus when it's one of your bloggy pen pals from a far. In this case a far is St. Louis ;).

Last month on Janine's blog, Peace of Mind Organizing, she featured me as her Blog of the Week! (thank you again Janine) And now coffee in the Hawthorne district of Portland. Why yes, we did smell some strong body odor + essential oils while sipping on our lattes... Hawthorne is a mecca for that sort of thing. AND yes, we did stand out like a manicured set of nails in the Amazon forest because I am sporting short red nails at the moment!

So on that note chica, I'm out...off to have a great afternoon filled with some fitness and friends. Hope you make time for yourself + your girlfriends soon, like TODAY!

Okay so in a roundabout way I have to tell you....I found your blog via Facebook, as another Portland area based blog, and... I attended the conference Janine was here in Portland for, and went to her workshop! She was great, BTW.
