We all feel overwhelmed now and then... or monthly, possible daily! Here's what I do for myself and my clients when it's all just too much: Implement the shebang's 2 minute Project Brain Drain.... get it off your mind and on something else.

there are 3 pages, each one is used to dump different info in order of urgency, circle one subheading per page:
page 1 = today
page 2 = tomorrow
page 3 = someday
grab a pen and start dumping or type like a mad woman!
yes, fabulous! no? maybe you need to chase the list with a glass of wine- the good bottle I think works best~
Not rocket science, never is... but a simple way to get it off your mind. Of course there was some Harvard study that said if you write it down you're umpteen times more likely to accomplish the task or reach the goal than if you don't write it down.
