Camas Farmer's Market needs you!

I've been receiving emails from several girlfriends regarding the Volunteer Recruitment Happy Hour for the Camas Farmer's Market... and thought I'd do a little cut + paste job from their Facebook page and share it with all of you!

 

The Camas Farmer's Market invites you to a Volunteer Recruitment Happy Hour at Around the Table on March 4th! Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided.

Come hear about the history and mission of the market, the plans for this year and how you can help your market flourish. Any amount of time able to be donated is valuable to the market!

Clark county is dog country

At LBI we're holding our annual "Paws..for a Cause" event for the SW WA Humane Society. We are so proud of the many dog owners who are coming out to donate and have their pooches portraits taken. We love meeting the dogs, and especially enjoy chatting with local dog owners. Dog people are so cool.
 

Lara is a mom of two sweet girls (ages 7 & 8). She is a lover of drinking soy lattes, itunes surfing the latest great artist, laughing with her husband + running her daily route in the "sticks". She loves design + is a chronic cutter-outer of interior design magazines with her ever-changing house in the woods. Photography is a very important part of her personal + work-life.

It Rocked!

WOW! When you gather up the who's who in Clark County watch the racks go a' rockin'! What a fabulous day. Kudos to Lily Atelier, LUXE, Contessa, Willows, Lizzabeth A, Le Reve, Kazoodles, Rainy Creek, Ashbrook Aesthetics+ Fearn Natural Health Clinic for pulling it together and crankin' out a fun + fabulous event!

    
People were rollin' in non stop... and didn't even slow down when the lights decided to go out on us! In fact I saw people leave then come back for a second go around... AND people were already asking when this would happen again. Trust me I'll keep you in-the-loop but you'll need to sign up for updates + the newsletter. Birthday Cupcakes, Oh My!

I spent the better part of my afternoon making cupcakes.  Why, you might ask?  Because Saturday is my son's birthday.  Here's the kicker - he's been home sick with a fever for two days.  Tomorrow I am supposed to bring these cupcakes to school.  A little wishful thinking? Maybe.  But, hey, at least I feel good inside about making cupcakes.... now, just to keep OUT of them!  :)
